A buyer's agent represents the purchaser in a real estate transaction. As your buyer's agent, I will legally represent your interests, negotiate the best possible price and terms, and guide you through the entire purchasing process from home search to closing.
How long does it typically take to sell a home?
The time it takes to sell a home varies depending on market conditions, location, and the property's condition. On average, a well-priced home in our New York service areas can go under contract within 30 to 60 days, followed by a typical 30-45 day closing period.
Do you only handle residential properties?
While my primary focus is on residential resales and new construction, I also have extensive experience handling commercial properties. Over my career, I have successfully closed over 500 residential and commercial transactions.
